What it is

The Doodle models individuality; kids make an 'all about me' Doodle - identity and self-awareness.

What you need

  • A Doodle per child or group
  • dry-erase crayons

Steps

  1. The Doodle models individuality

    There's no wrong way to color it — that's the point.

  2. Make it all about you

    Turn the Doodle into an "all about me" pennant: your colors, your favorites, your way.

  3. Share it

    Show the class the Doodle that is you.

Tips

  • K-1: color it your own way; draw your favorites.
  • Grades 2-3: a "my Doodle, my way" share plus three facts.
  • Grades 4-5: an identity self-portrait with a statement.
