What it is

The Doodle travels home Flat-Stanley-style - a family activity with photo/story returns. THE documented family-engagement mechanic (Title I, QRIS, EYFS partnership, NQF QA6) and the enrollment-marketing loop for early childhood.

What you need

  • A Take-Home Doodle
  • a camera or phone
  • craft supplies or dress-up items (optional)

Steps

  1. Take the Doodle home

    Your challenge, should you choose to accept it: complete one or more of the challenges before the next school day.

  2. Pick your challenge

    Doodle Picture Hunt: take funny and interesting photos of your Doodle in different places — around your home, outside, in your community, or with friends and family. Doodle Art: snap photos of all the fun, unique ways you color it — even dress it up with craft supplies or clothing. Doodle Adventure: do something creative with your Doodle and snap pictures to share with the school.

  3. Share the pictures with your school

    Share the pictures the way your school collects them.

  4. Bring the Doodle back

    It must return to its school room by the next school day.
